· There are about eight cabins in about a ten mile stretch of the
river and they are all in this general area. Most of the residents are retired people.
· The Chalet is in a timbered area with frontage on the North Fork
of the Flathead river, which is the western border of Glacier National Park.
· The Park boundary is the middle of the river on the North Fork.
· You can fish from the front of the property. The main species of
fish are Native Cutthroat trout, Bull Trout, and Whitefish.

You do need a Montana
fishing license to fish. You do not need a license to fish in Glacier Park. You can get a Montana license and any local fishing
shop in West Glacier or Columbia Falls.

You do not need to
bring linens or towels as we provide them.
·
The kitchen is has
all the normal utensils for cooking and dining.
·
We do not have a Hot
Tub available for your use.
·
In order to the reservation
we require a fifty percent deposit that is fully
refundable if you cancel at least 60 days prior to your arrival.
The balance is due 60 days from your stay. There is no refund if you cancel in less than 60 days unless we are able to rent
the time again. If you are concerned about the potential of your trip being cancelled for any reason such as natural disaster,
bad weather, flight cancellation…etc, you can purchase trip insurance. One place on the web to do this is http://insuremytrip.com/?linkid=12229 This is relatively inexpensive (around
$200 for a $4000 dollar trip in 2008).
